You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a passport, driver's licence, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a jeewin account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus is still active may result in the cancellation of the earlier bonus.

jeewin's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jeewin account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jeewin reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if it determines that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or for any other reason at jeewin's sole discretion. Upon termination, any bonus funds will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to any outstanding investigations.
You may close your jeewin account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within five (5) business days. Any pending withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
